Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Feed Easy ("Feed Easy," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you download Feed Easy from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement may also apply to your use of the App.

Feed Easy is a simple feeding tracker for parents and caregivers. The App helps you log, review, and manage feeding-related activity, reminders, and related App features where available.

To help you back up and sync your logs across your devices, the App may offer platform-specific Cloud Sync functionality (using Apple iCloud on iOS or Google Drive on Android).

Feed Easy is intentionally focused on feeding support. It is not a full baby health record.

Feed Easy is a logging and reminder tool only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any disease, condition, or health risk.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information you enter in the App. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, feeding concerns, growth concerns, dehydration concerns, weight concerns, or any urgent health issue.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of information you enter.
• Deciding whether the App is appropriate for your family or caregiving situation.
• Confirming any App reminders or displays before relying on them.
• Using the App in compliance with applicable laws.

The App may contain mistakes, delays, sync issues, notification delivery issues, or device-specific behavior. You should not rely on the App as the only source for time-sensitive care decisions.

Feed Easy may offer both free and paid functionality.

Free access may include a limited number of feeding logs per day. Premium access unlocks lifetime unlimited tracking and other premium features shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Premium access is currently offered as a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. Available features, pricing, and promotions may vary by region, platform, App version, or App Store configuration.

Payments are processed by Apple's App Store or the applicable app store on your device. We do not collect or store your payment card number, bank account details, Apple ID password, or app store credentials.

Your purchase status may be processed through the app store and purchase-related services to unlock, verify, and restore premium access.

Purchases are final except as required by applicable law or app store policies. Refund requests for App Store purchases should be made through Apple Support.

If you reinstall the App, switch devices, or need to restore a previous purchase, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

You retain ownership of the information you create while using Feed Easy.

You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate App features you choose to use, support purchase-related access checks, and improve the App.

When you use Cloud Sync features, your backup files are stored directly in your personal cloud storage account (Apple iCloud or Google Drive). We do not host, access, or store this sync data on our own servers, and we do not have access to your credentials or sync files.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to bypass payment, premium access, or App Store purchase systems.
• Reverse engineer, modify, tamper with, or interfere with the App except where allowed by law.
• Misuse analytics, support, feedback, or App features.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or related services.

Feed Easy, including its design, code, branding, artwork, icons, copy, features, and related materials, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also release updates, bug fixes, design changes, pricing changes, and premium feature changes.

Some features depend on device settings, operating system behavior, app store configuration, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Feed Easy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, caregiving decisions, medical decisions, missed reminders, incorrect entries, notification failures, or inability to use the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for Feed Easy premium access, if any.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
